Sustainability: Solar photovoltaic hot water system.
Designed by Mike O’Neil, this home needed to fit on to an elevated odd sized block and take in the views of the ocean and surrounding landscape, whilst providing a family home with room to move and have practical living zones throughout. Mike took into consideration the weather elements of the home, designing the home into 2 levels to provide large areas of exterior decking's with overhead protection to both levels, taking in the breath taking views, this home has a great character and suits the clients growing family and lifestyle.
