The owners of the property wanted the old shed renovated into a 2 family holiday home. Being a home that caters for 2 families, several bedrooms is a must, Mike used the roof space as a loft area for bedrooms, where a living/lounge area is also available for the children's retreat with 2 bedrooms accommodating up to 6 children in the loft, ideal for sleepovers and holidays. Downstairs is a relaxation area on the deck, with a spa for all to enjoy, a bbq built into the stone chimney for outdoor entertaining, 2 master bedrooms, ensuite, living area and bathroom included in the downstairs area. Being close to the beach, an outside shower has been included for all those sandy feet and salt water bodies.
