Sustainability: Orientation of the additions for warmth and lighting
This project was an extension to an existing home. This home is the owners holiday home, where serenity is at its best. The owners wanted to extend using the existing home for family and visitors with the addition for their retreat. The addition has a bathroom, toilet, ensuite and a walk in wardrobe with easy access. The bedroom has many windows to enjoy the surrounding bush views. With wide verandahs on each side, and a new outdoor entertaining area, the owners were very satisfied with the end results.
Mike topped it off with a creatively built pizza oven on top of a concrete wood box and the curved wooden door adding a unique finish to the wood box.
