Both Peter and Paddy seeked Mike to build their dream home they had designed together, a home for their retirement, entertaining and easy living. The home required extensive earthworks for the location of the pad on site. The slab is polished concrete with underfloor heating, this required full supervision during the pour, as the correct technics have to be adhered too on poring of the concrete with the extended boom. The home has a large living area with 3 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, theatre room, large walk in robe area, Study and larder area in the house. The home features bay windows to the front of house, internal timber features, timber decking to the front of house, double carport and storage area, with all the latest modern kitchen appliances in a commercial sized kitchen. The home is of high standard workmanship, with the clients extremely happy with the finished product. During pre-start of the home, several meetings were held to cover every detail in the home, with clients being satisfied before the commencement of the build. The home was complete before completion date as all trades were timed to follow one another, giving a constant flow of works on site.
