Tony and Debbie came recommended to Mike O’Neil from previous clients, requiring an extension to the existing home. Designed to suit the character of the existing home, together with Mike, the clients chose the materials and features for the new addition to their home. The earthworks were extensive as we hit rock, and after breaking the rock and removing, the clean fill was brought to site. The timber framed building was constructed on site, with a timber bush pole as a feature to the home. The home features timber decking, handrails and staircase, with stainless steel vertical balustrades to the balcony area, giving the new addition some character. The existing home was re lined and insulated to match the new extension. Great detail was taken to ensure that the extensions and the existing house became one.
