Mitre 10 was a commercial project. Store owner Nick Wallace was more than happy to have Mike come and build his new store for Busselton.
Consisting of large tilt panels, many concrete pours, quality organised tradesmen, Mike fully organised a smooth running job, on time, on Budget, and together Mike and his team built Busselton’s Mitre 10.
The biggest challenge was to keep the original front corner garden from the demolished home site, as this had become a Busselton icon over the many years by the locals and the owners of that block.
The Mitre 10 Building is big with lots of floor space for stock, upstairs room for offices, outside garden area, with a loading bay and turning area out back of store.
